General
- One well behaved dog accepted by arrangement.
- Strictly no smoking in the house
- When booking you agree to maintain the property and its contents in a good condition and leave all the above in a clean and tidy state. Any damage, breakages or losses that occur during your stay must be made good or paid for.
- To book Newbister you must be 18 years or older.
- Only those people mentioned on the booking for are permitted to sleep at the property.

Prices
Standard weekly rate is £600 per week from Saturday 4PM to Saturday 9:30AM.
Low Season Rate
Our low seaon rate is £475 per week from Saturday 4PM to Saturday 9:30AM and runs from the beginning of September to the end of February excluding the two weeks over Christmas and New Year.
The price includes bedding, towels, heating and lighting.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required with each booking to secure your holiday. This should be received within 7 days of your booking request. The deposit is 25% of the weekly charge.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
If you are booking less than 7 weeks before the start of your holiday the price must be paid in full when booking.
If we do not receive all your payment at least 6 weeks before the holiday, your booking will be considered to be cancelled.
Cancellations
If you cancel your holiday we will try and re-let the property. If we are successful we will return any monies paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. If we are unsuccessful then we will retain the amounts shown in the table below –
